It got worse. The tool doesn't work on anything but Windows and they're also in breach of at least two Jinxxy marketplace rules by not disclosing the DRM and not disclosing GenAI content, because of said tool. It's apparently not enough to get your email and payment info, they need your discord too!

I got excited for a new avatar base, right up until the point where it's got undisclosed DRM and asset tracking. that's a big ol' nope. Be honest so i can make the correct choice or just sell me stuff without anti-consumer bullshit. The tool all stinks to high heaven of GenAI too.

Oh if it's just for colour picking then the person commissioning you should be able to grab the texture files directly or even export flat ones from substance painter(the most common software for texturing 3d)

While that does exist, the issue is both the shader on the avatar itself vs the world's postprocessing. I only use vrchat screenshots for pose and shape references when working with artists.

I modified the design to use a lanyard instead of safety pins as promised. To secure the ebadge I've got some thick tape between the print and the ebadge which gives a solid friction fit. Printed on my anycubic kobra 2 pro!
