You have a very narrow idea of machine learning that makes you believe that everything is supervised learning and that this cannot get better. I'm sure you have experience, but it hasn't taught you to think in terms of problem solving by changing the method. You can use RL for this problem.

Not 3 years, but sooner than you think. What I'm saying is, for data labeling, a basic formation is all that's necessary, you don't need to be an expert in the field. And data labeling can be automated. It shouldn't be seen as a bottleneck, it should be seen as another problem to solve.
