Is nobody bothered by the fact that Claude routinely asks for code from email, but said email hasn’t got any code anywhere?

I wonder who at Apple has skipped image processing 101. The way the scale avatars (right) in System Settings, what is it? Nearest neighbor? Left is Slack at similar size. But essentially just normal scaling

Happy to report that despite all the advancements in AI automatically appending "_2" to a file name is still beyond current capabilities. Waiting to AGI

Standard modal dialog saying that the file I am trying to save already exists and giving me only two options: Cancel and Replace

Somebody should start making decently working apps for macOS because Apple can’t anymore. The bar is extremely, extremely low

I wish modern designers discovered at least one more shape besides a rounded rectangle. I am so tired of these pills everywhere

Since I am now on Golden Gate, I get to try this feature for myself. This is what is suggests for a markdown document. These are suggestions for file names. Including "# Suggestions"

The way macOS renders small previews of rectangular documents and then gives them a horrendous (relative to their size) corner radius, turning many of them into pills or circles... There should be a law against that

Are you as tired as I am of seeing scroll containers everywhere? That they make all interfaces wobbly and give a feeling of poor construction? Like you can’t rely on things if they are not stable and move that easily for no good reason

Leave it to Apple to illustrate “Design refinements” in the upcoming macOS with a curated screenshot where arrow is not even vertically centered. I am not talking about optical, it’s not even geometrically centered! Vibes all around

Screenshot of macOS Golden Gate toolbar with three buttons: Trash, folder and reply arrow. Folder is not optically centered, but arrow is way below the center line even geometrically
