I don't. An open question I have is what the city can approve or deny? CTA got it handed to them for denying certain ads. Courts ruled CTA is a public forum. The city (public) being the decider seems like it has the same fate if it isn't up to Lyft (private). The city owns the bikes...

What's new/changing in the 2028-2032 Divvy contract? - City will collect at least $40M in system revenue (charges at 10% through $40M, 7% for 40-60M, and 5% above $60M) - 4,000 new pillar docs (the newer ones) in the core area for infill (see image) - city gets approval of advertisements

Part of running a government is knowing you'll get sued. I still find it off-putting that I can call the city's lawyers, ask how they'd like to be sued, and they will give me an answer.

I find it quite annoying that they took away home rule from every "unit of local government," except park districts et al., considering they are often some of the only safe places to recreate in cities. Park Districts could (but are less likely) ban them entirely.

Micromobility in the Parks
