I think fighting game players should take the time to think about what exactly makes their preferred fg fun for them... then identify what reasons they have *outside of that* to continue playing, and whether those reasons are healthy. It's often hard to know when to take a break.

Android 17's damage was reduced on parts of his kit to make way for more creative approaches to his combo structure. However, extending combos further after j.236H costs an extra half bar due to how strong 22S cancels make those extensions. #SDBFZ #SilverDBFZ

#GBVSR Universally, there is one frame after c.L recovery where characters cannot block but are free to do anything else. This is what makes safejab > block against U DPs (which are 8f startup) impossible. Though technically you can still spot dodge in that frame, among other things.
