Miku. She has dull, short hair compared to her usual long teal twintails, and she has grey highlights. Miku is wearing a simple outfit- a white shirt with puffy sleeves and frilled edges, white wristbands, a teal necktie, and a white pleated skirt. She has bare legs and teal shoes. Miku's pose is intentionally stiff, like a reference sheet- she simply stands with her hands at her side.

Mell's singing here is just Japanese with phoneme edits but Mechasuzuka's lines use her English crosslingual. They're surprisingly similar in tone, with some nice subtle differences imo.

Allium Miku (design idea I've had for a while and just decided "screw it I'll do a rough version on my phone") (Alliums are the plant group with onions, garlic, leeks etc.) Did an alt red onion skirt version too because I couldn't decide which was better. #初音ミク #HatsuneMiku #vocaloid

I saw some people online making a tierlist of voice synth types so here's mine- Might've gone a bit nuts when I realised you could add your own options... Also my personal bias towards CeVIO is absolutely showing ik 🏃 #vsynth

Love it- CeVIO Creative Studio, OpenUTAU.
I like them- CeVIO AI, VoiSona.
Pretty good- Sinsy, Piapro Studio, Vocaloid 6.
Kinda clunky- klattsch, Neutrino, Synthesizer V basic, VoiSona Talk.
Ragequit tier- Alter/Ego (just a pain to use), Renoid (buggy), VoiceVox (voice range issues).
JUST DON'T- CoeFont (weird freemium thing, offline version messed with some stuff on my computer).
Haven't managed to get it to work- Melisma (instruments work, couldn't get vocals), paint voice (region restrictions), UTAU (ditto), Vocaloid beta (ugh).
Haven't tried- AIsingers, A.I.VOICE, Aquestone, Cadencii, Cantor, Cantor 2, Chipspeech, COEIROINK, Deepvocal, Emvoice, a bad drawing of a duck/goose I made and included just to check if people were paying attention, Lalavoice, Maghni AI, Mikoto Studio, Muta, Niaoniao, NNSVS, Piapro Studio NT, Sharpkey, Synthesizer V Studio, Synthesizer V Studio 2, Vocalina, Vocaloid 1 to 5, Voiceroid, Vox Factory, X Studio.
What is this?- ELMIRAIVE (although reading it seems to be the thing Mirai Komachi was on between V4 and V6), and one other with a genuinely weird name that I feel like I should not type.
No intention of trying- Ace studio things.
Missing from the original options is Diffsinger; I've only ever used that on OpenUTAU so I'd just be rating it twice.

A thing I feel stupid for not realising: if you turn off vibrato assist on V6, then the vibrato tool actually does something. (Someone on the other site managed to get actual opera vocals from asa and I was curious how, everything else seems to be voice color settings but this I'd missed) #vocaloid

Okay this didn't show up in the vsynth feeds because of my exact choice of terminology but I found a fix. If anyone somehow runs in to the same issue, "tS r V s t". Technically that's "chrust" but you can barely tell the difference between that and "trust" and it's better than the alternative😅

Every so often I find an issue with vsynth pronunciation I was not expecting. Currently trying to find a way to get Megpoid V3 English to sing "trust in me" without the line turning 18+ because she can't pronounce the "t" correctly.😭Gumi, please stop that. #vocaloid

I found out two things whilst drawing this: One- the text function doesn't work on the site I'm using to draw rn (hence it's handwriting instead, sorry if it's not clear). Two- the clangers are far cuter than I remember them being and I actually feel kinda bad for making one sad :(

I tried drawing a British-style Miku (specifically that one art style I expect every kid aims for when their main art influences are Nick Sharratt and The Magic Key) but sadly realising this may be one of those styles with a reputation ruined by AI. Still, I think I did a good job? #vocaloid #初音ミク

Hatsune Miku in a cartoon-ish style. I made her hair shorter because I genuinely can't think of many character designs with hair as long as Miku's. She has dot eyes, and tube limbs (with Beano knees, the one exception to the two influences described in the post).
