Gotta love nightmares, I can't for the life of me remember what it was about but I woke around 2am up with my heart Pounding super hard and cold sweats. All I can remember is that it was in fact a nightmare.. ugh I just wanna know!

It's almost like my mom was never sick or that up to like 3 or so weeks ago she was barely able to walk. She's back with a fire! I want to thank every single one of you that have reached out to me over that past two months checking in, seeing how I was holding up. You know who you are <3

ok so apparently the flu went hard through the rehab place my mom is at and she got hit, we're pushing for wednesday discharge since her specialized bed we ordered for her won't be delivered until then as well as also having the place painted tomorrow, so it will work out. did LOTS of cleaning x.x

After 1.5 months of hospitalization and rehabilitation, my mom is coming home on monday! I'm having so many emotions right now, this has been an absolutely nutso experience for my family and I.....having come so close to losing her in the beginning, had EMS not showed up more than 5 minutes...

Man, I feel like January didn't exist at all. I was so stuck in my own head what with everything my mom was going through and tremendous amounts of work stress.... And now just found out my cousin who's been a big positive part of my family was diagnosed with advanced stage skin cancer on his arm...

a very positive update on my mom, she was discharged from the hospital a few days ago and is currently in a rehab place for the next week or two. they have had her on her feet, wibbly wobbly as they are but still! Home stretch baby! what a god damn month it's been. I miss my mom so damn much

mom won't let up about demanding iced coffee from dunks....it kills me inside to constantly remind her that she's not been ok'd for it. She is still on the viscous thicc fluids until she's out of danger of aspiration. I vowed to bring her the biggest frozen coffee I could the moment the docs ok it

I'm not really doing all that great...mom had to be moved back to intermediate care due to more breathing trouble. scans are showing possible markers for congestive heart failure, more tests imminent. She was starting to do so well...and on top of that my car was clipped in the parking lot x.x

On a huge positive note, my mom is off the ventilator and fentanyl as of last night and moved into the little iCU (intermediate). She's awake and sorta talking, trying to at least. The amount of relief we are feeling. Not out of the woods yet and a Really long road to recovery awaits, But big hurdle

So far it's been a week since my mom was put on life support in the ICU, she's made a few steps forward, some back? Her sepsis looks to be taken care of, Blood pressure is 'stable' without meds, but her pneumonia got worse so they're trying a more potent broad spectrum antibiotic. Ugh it's rough!

I really need those positive vibes. My mom has been in the ICU since new years night on life support. Real gnarly lung infection plus septic. Lots of waiting on docs to provide updates but for now she's full sedated. I'm so scared to lose her, I'm not ready...Don't think we ever are. Love you all!

got through the first 5 bosses of the new WoW raid last night, I will say right off the back, the music SLAPS. Brings feelings of Cowboy Bebop, Honey I shrunk the kids, roaring twenties jazz, etc. Definitely a much different feeling raid than season 1 which I am SO happy about.

Can I also say, winter dry skin breakouts SUCK. looks like huge patches of hives..red raised itchy pores. Thank goodness for that medicinal oatmeal laced creams..but ugh, after 'greasing up' for bed with my sides all creamy, makes my bed sheets cling, so it ends up pretty uncomfy shifting positions
