Sorry you’re going through that though. But def give it a try. I have two kids myself and we are heavy internet users (streaming gaming etc). If I notice dips consistently I go after them. You deserve to get what you pay for.

Unless it’s in the contract that they can throttle you, that’s no excuse. You get high speed to accommodate those peeks in usage. FFS we are a digital society. Everything we consume comes through that wire. I get charged up with these companies and have no issue head butting them when needed. ⬇️

I often catch these with my ISP. Call and complain! They will often give you a discount or something else. Don’t let them get away away with throttling you.
