How it started and how it's going a pork shoulder roast with veggies. I also made pumpkin pasta but that's going to be in the comments and then I will post up a separate post with the actual food when it's done and ready for people to look at

A raw pork shoulder roast that has been rubbed and marinated as well as given a little bit of liquid smoke.

A bath of vegetables including cubed pumpkin green onions red cabbage red bell pepper three pickled jalapeno peppers and broccoli.
