In December 2011, I was almost caught in gun fire at this very intersection. It was a Church’s chicken shooting that killed two and wound 4. The man is now serving time in prison. This corner is said to be a gang border for opposing rivals. Which draws a lot of riff raff

As of now, 45% of Chicago mail in ballots have been received. A grand total of 160,844 ballots have been received. For context, this is a 62.3% increase from 2022 midterm election at point in time.
