Last time the Lakers played the Hawks, when Bron and AD’s 67 combined points were not enough to nab the win, Austin Reaves didn’t play. I think he’s going to be the x-factor tonight as LA plays on the second night of a b2b. Preview here: www.silverscreenandroll.com/2025/1/2/243...

Why does this team come out so slow in the third quarters? Do they take an edible during halftime? This needs to be studied

050

Nicole Ganglani @nicoleganglani.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

The main problem with the Lakers’ defense is that they just don’t have the personnel to be good at it. No matter how many times they say that it’ll boil down to execution and playing with more “compete” it’s not going to matter. Moves desperately need to happen.

What a crap effort in that second half last night. You'd think getting your ass whooped that many times by the same team would at least inspire you to run the floor or fight back in general, but it was the exact opposite.

Got so used to standing watch over the past four seasons that I’ve just been instinctively doing it to start this season. Fun fact: The past two days, especially last night, have been great for the Lakers: ✅ Kings L ✅ Dubs L ✅ Rockets L ✅ Suns L Time for the purple and gold to capitalize.
