Obvs this would happen (saying it 20 yrs ago no-one wd listen) the plan was 1. coax libraries to throw out hard copy & subscribe to ecopy 2. without hard copies available, pump up price for contd access to ecopy. These people who claim to run universities like businesses have no clue about business
