If you were to treat humans the same way farmers treat animals you would be in jail for trafficking torture and genocide. Funny how it's viewed differently when the subject is a different species. The best way to end the abuse is to ask yourself do you need meat and dairy to survive.

Two things I did today. First of all I went to Primark and bought three polyester hoodies. Then I went to the Tesco in the city centre and managed to find a selection of vegan food including tofu burgers, streaky bean and a few other vegan friendly foods. I won't go back to eating dead animals.

Coffee is bad for you in large doses. First of all it's a stimulant and can cause insomnia. Second is that coffee is also a laxative and large quantities of coffee consumption can cause diarrhea. That explains why I only have one cup of coffee a day.

The main reason for me going back to a plant based diet was down to the fact that I am lactose intolerant. I did it for health reasons but I can also say that it was a question of morality and I didn't feel comfortable with the exploitation of animals for my food.

When making a sauce to add to a meal, I will either use Vitalite plant based spread or vegetable oil. And because I have a collection of herbs and spices my vegan friendly recipes are never boring.

Another thing I want people to know is that when I go shopping for clothes I look for vegan friendly clothing. I will buy something made from polyester viscose or denim as those fabrics are vegan friendly

Just to update you on what is happening. Tomorrow morning I will be going shopping for food in Iceland and going back to a plant based diet. I have had a few days on a vegetarian diet and I am not proud of the fact that animals had to be tortured for my food. Let me know what you think about that

There was zero interest when I tried to reform Dark Wake as a Goth rock band and for reasons I won't discuss I decided to go solo. It might take some time to learn to play my keyboard but I bought it for a very good reason. The first album is called We're All Strange Here. There is not a title track

So, here's the reason why I stepped away from the metal community. I am still a fan of the music (which explains why I have Metallica's kill em all, ride the lightning and and justice for all) but there's too much hate within the metal community directed at the LGBT community

First of all I use plant based materials like denim and polyester. Second is that I don't use anything that comes from an animal. Also all of my garments are hand made to reduce a carbon footprint and where possible I try to reduce waste by using recycled materials.
