Temptation to delete Discord is very high, this kind of bullshit notification spam is so annoying and Discord is getting worse and worse at it. If I were to tap on one of them, first thing that will happen, I will be pestered to upgrade to Nitro.

It’s funny how sometimes an obvious career decision can be such a hard one to make.

Canadian and Aussie elections set to be held somewhat nearby each other. It will be interesting to see what direction both countries go in. (Aussie one not announced yet but it has to happen on or before 17 May)

Recently bought a Sony Trinitron TV, it was a bit large for the living area so I set up a gaming nook in my office.

Why is pasting in VSCode is so buggy these days? Noticing it on different computers and operating systems. Coincidentally I only noticed this after the Copilot icon appeared (I have Copilot disabled and hidden), but makes me wonder if it's related. Anyone else noticed similar issues?

Added a 50/60Hz switch to my PAL Saturn. IMO this elevates the PAL system from being the last place to being first. Now my childhood Saturn can have the best of both worlds! Wish I did this sooner.

Some pixel art to commemorate the migraine that I've been suffering today, its the worst one in a while and am still dealing with it. Only Master System colours today, I didn't think it needed a Game Gear palette this time. Made with SMSGFX (smsgfx.qwerky.games). #pixelart #retro

Pixel art representing a migraine, it is a brain, with a rainbow colour behind, the colours start to blend towards the bottom.

Nearly finished the pattern tool for SMSGFX, pretty happy with it! Added keyboard shortcuts to make working with the tool easier. Using it with the colour replace tool takes away worry of painting over the the wrong areas. Available on the unstable edge channel edge.smsgfx.qwerky.games

Attempted a recap of the Sega Saturn tonight but I wasn't happy with the caps, they're too big for the heat shield, and the job was looking ugly. So after removing the dodgy caps and partially installing the new ones I've aborted for now. I'm going to order smaller ones online and try again.

Working on a pattern paint tool for SMSGFX, it's coming along nicely. This will make it much easier to smoothly blend boundaries between colours. The UI is very work in progress. Test version on the (unstable) edge channel at edge.smsgfx.qwerky.games #retro #pixelart

A glitchy, but also very purry @flakethelynx.bsky.social. His cap is a bit too big but that's okay. Master System colours were harder to find this time but very happy how it came out, especially the glitchy part. Made with SMSGFX (smsgfx.qwerky.games). #pixelart #retroart #mastersystem #gamegear

Omega Dragon in 6-bit and 12-bit varieties. Quite the bleppy derg! Choosing the colours on the Master System version was challenging, but I’m happy with how it ended up. Made with SMSGFX (smsgfx.qwerky.games). #sega #retro #dragon #pixelart

Are there grounds for class action against Microsoft for removing Windows Mixed Reality? Perfectly good HP Reverb G2 now an expensive paperweight, can't access VR software I've purchased. Why didn't they componentise WMR or open source the specification so that others can develop support for it? 😤

Acrylic painting of an orange dragon with tongue sticking out in a graffiti style, with words like 'lowfi beats' written on the bottom left. The image is a colourful explosion of orange, magenta, yellow, blue, pink, and neon yellow with black and white overlays and scribbles all over.
