BREAKING: Today, an AZ judge rejected Prop. 145 (HCR 2048), a deceitful Republican ballot referral designed to nullify the Protect Education Act (Prop 212) under the ruse of helping military families. The judge rightly ruled that Prop 145 would violate the AZ constitution's Separate Amendment Rule.
