Finding out that it was an overdose that took Hayden Panettiere is even more devastating. I wouldn't wish that kind of proximity on anyone. I've been too close to people I love having to go through that kind of loss. I'm so sad for those closest to her.

Someone brought me a box of their grandmother's recipes. It incredible. It's a mix of promotional books and clippings from 1950-1990, handwritten recipes and more. I'm blown away by it. Someone's collective of recipients from their life. I guess I have some baking ahead of me!
