Four tournaments for 2027 have published their schedules: #WorldJuniors #U18WomensWorlds #U18MensWorlds #MensWorlds At all four, Canada vs Czechia is the last preliminary round game of their group. In all cases except the WJC, it's the last preliminary round game overall.

#U18WomensWorlds: With Finland being relegated to D1A for 2027, the 7-year streak of USA-FIN being played at the U18 WWC - which had been the longest active of any one matchup at this tournament - will be broken.

Another development I've noticed from that article - the #WomensWorlds D3B will have 9 teams, broken into 3 groups of 3. The bottom 4 seeds of that tournament - Singapore, India, Iran and Belarus - are listed as being in D3B AND D4. I have no idea how they plan to format this.
