Applying for jobs, and by far the best experience for me has been when a role provided a free text box for qualifications, years, grade etc. The worst is every other one that has separate drop down boxes, requires Years, month AND Day selectable on a calendar, and searches for university name.

It might just be me, but when online training or whatever asks you "What are the _key_ differences between these two", it's a red flag. Just the addition of the word "key" makes me think the author doesn't know what they're doing
