🌀 Tropical Storm Edouard has formed in the Gulf 🌀 As of Monday evening, Aug. 31, Edouard has winds of 40 mph and is moving northwest. Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect for portions of the Texas and Louisiana coasts, with the storm expected to move inland Tuesday, Sept. 1st.
