NYT has now independently corroborated all the major allegations against Susan Collins in the ProPublica report, including that investigators were prepared to move against her and then Trump intervened to shut it down. This put Trump in a position of exceptional and extortionate leverage over her.

Nothing makes me support universal healthcare more than actually trying to use the health insurance I pay ~$1,000 a month for. Three pharmacies later, a total of 4 hours across two days, and 30 minutes spent trying to *log on* to the Highmark app, and I have secured a COVID and flu shot.
