The use-case is for generating multiple JSON based config files, all with commonality/duplication but specific environment based differences

Interested in people’s experiences with config languages such as jsonnet, pkl, cue or other?

I'm looking for a new job. Fully remote since I'm living in the Japanese countryside, but I'm flexible on working hours. If you know someone that needs a Kotlin/Java backend engineer with also experience in leading teams and mentoring please pm me. Retweets are appreciated!

Quote from the book intro.. “Busyness often means just doing so many things at once that they all turn out crappy.”

Yeah, really enjoying it, Oswald is a great character!

I really need to remind myself of this more often… Allowing too much work-in-progress (WIP) is to the detriment of myself, my team, my org… in fact more or less everything! I recommend this book in this space: Making Work Visible by Dominica Degrandis makingworkvisible.com/book/

Does anyone have any advice on how I might further spread the word of my new Sonic Pi course? Marketing isn’t something I have much knowledge or experience of so I’d really appreciate some advice. sonic-pi-studio.teachable.com/p/sonic-pi-i...

Without knowing the details, with his experience in this space he could be interested in being a part of JBake’s successor

Nick Ebbitt @nickebbitt.com · 16/11/2024

This sounds interesting, I know the creator of JBake pretty well as he helps to organise the Manchester JUG with me. I don’t think he’s on here yet but in the spirit of OSS I’m going to speak to him to understand the challenges with JBake in more detail
