Nichovski @nichovski.com · 28/09/2026The Omarchy marketplace is getting busy. Last 9 plugins: an offline RPG in your bar, live UK train times, AppSignal incidents, Google + 365 calendars... and 2 from me: Spotify Mini Player and Loudness Boost. not bad, not bad 😀 001
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 26/09/2026Silent bugs live the longest. One of mine lived 5 years. A SwarmTix customer asked why T-shirt sizes never showed on their tickets. One field in the query was never set, so it was always 0 and matched nothing. The page saw "no answers" and showed nothing. No error, ever. 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 24/09/2026Opus plans. Sonnet builds. GPT-6 reviews. That's my setup now. One model writing and checking its own code misses the same things twice. A different model catches what the first one was sure about. 220
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 23/09/2026I love /eli5 so freaking much! After every task I'm creating these artifacts that help me to get a more clearer picture of what was done 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 21/09/2026Today got slightly out of hand: 25 commits across 9 repos. Shipped: • live visitor + inbox widgets for Omarchy • click-to-call in Terlido • shareable Mailspring dashboards • TTRS subscription + preset fixes • 10 new Travo SEO opportunities Not bad for a Monday💪 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 16/09/202620% conversion rate on Terlido today. That's one sale out of five visitors. Small numbers make great percentages. Still taking it. Now let's see if it holds when the 5 becomes 500 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 16/09/2026Terlido's first payment just landed. Built it quietly so far - full reveal coming soon, but this feels like the real start 🚀 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 14/09/2026found a snail chilling in the basement, putting omarchy on it to see what it can do 🐌 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 16/07/2026can't wait to see what codex cooked after almost 15hrs of active work with Gpt-5.6 Sol High 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 11/07/2026In my downtime, I’ve been polishing something cool: a changelog app that combines AI with GitHub workflows. Here’s what’s new as of today: 100
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 23/06/2026Coded a mobile app with Claude while hitting the gym. No more tracking my progress in Excel and Garmin 💪💪💪 120
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 01/05/2026Travo, last 28 days: → 1,031 active users → 887 new → 5 paid · $66 MRR Activation works. Monetization doesn't. Free → paid is the next mountain. 010
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 28/04/2026Travo just hit 700 Google clicks/month from programmatic SEO. Lesson: stop building 1 perfect landing page. Build 500 useful ones from a template and let Google sort them. 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 20/04/2026i was tired of watching 5-minute Looms at 2x just to find out what the bug was so Claude does it now. paste the link, it transcribes locally with whisper, reads the transcript, goes straight to fixing. feels like cheating honestly link in the comments: 100
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 13/04/2026if you've ever opened claude code and thought "I wish this thing remembered what we figured out last week" you've already understood the core problem with LLM workflows. the agent is brilliant for 20 minutes and amnesiac forever after.meshnote.iomeshnote — agent-native second brainYour AI agents forget everything between sessions. Meshnote gives them a shared brain via MCP. 420
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 11/04/2026follow up to yesterday's post: the second thing every serious LLM user builds is a cleanup script. because two weeks in, your wiki is full of duplicate facts and the agent starts contradicting itself. someone in the replies called it the "cleanup loop." best name I've heard for it. 100
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 10/04/2026every time I watch a serious LLM user work, they end up building the same thing: a folder of markdown files and a claude md telling the AI how to maintain it. karpathy did it. I did it twice. probably you too. got tired of rebuilding it so I made it a product. meshnote. 210
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 08/04/2026genuine question — anyone doing the Karpathy second brain thing in something other than Obsidian? tried it twice now and I just don't enjoy using it 100
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 05/04/2026salesforce just added 30 AI features to slack thirty. slack was already the app where i go to feel overwhelmed by notifications i should have read yesterday now it has an autonomous AI assistant too congrats we've automated the anxiety 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 05/04/2026Small win but a huge milestone for me! This is just the beginning with Travo 🚀 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 31/03/2026Small App Store tweaks, big difference. In the last stretch, Travo yesterday went to: • 83 first-time downloads (+246%) • 2.72% conversion rate (+129%) • 191 product page views (+194%) • 4K impressions (+65%) 100

Nichovski @nichovski.com · 28/03/2026netflix just bought ben affleck's secret AI filmmaking startup for $600 million 16 employees. $600M. that's $37.5 million per person. meanwhile we're out here building SaaS products trying to hit $10k MRR 140
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 26/03/2026the worst part about being a solo founder isn't the work. it's having a great idea at 11pm and realizing the only person you can high-five is your dog. and she doesn't care 😅 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 24/03/202684% of developers now use AI coding tools. 46% don't trust the output. we automated the typing and kept all the thinking. that was always the point. the people treating it like a junior dev who needs code review are shipping 🚀 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 23/03/2026favorite developer quote of 2026: "I don't write bugs anymore. I just generate them faster." 010
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 21/03/2026my actual workflow in 2026: 1. write a spec in plain english before bed 2. my Al agent implements it overnight 3. review the PR with morning coffee 4. ship before lunch I don't vibe code. I don't manually code. I manage a tiny engineering team that never sleeps and never asks for equity🚀 010
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 20/03/2026friendly tip: clean your laptop at least once a year. just cleaned mine and i'm surprised i didn't find a rat living inside😅 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 20/03/2026new report: AI coding tools have doubled the rate of leaked secrets in code. 29 million credentials exposed on github last year. we gave AI the ability to write code 10x faster and it turns out it also leaks API keys 10x faster. nobody talks about this part of the productivity gain lol 100
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 19/03/2026someone asked me how travo's email import works so here it is: 1. you get a unique email address 2. forward your booking confirmation 3. AI reads it and adds it to your trip 4. that's it. works with any airline or hotel 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 19/03/2026Apple just blocked updates for vibe coding apps on the App Store. Let me get this straight — the company that sells $3,500 headsets wants to gatekeep how people build software? This isn't about code quality. It's about control. The moment AI lets anyone build apps without Xcode, Apple panics. 520
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 18/03/2026the amount of time i used to spend manually adding bookings to my trips was embarrassing. now i literally just forward the email and it's done. love this new feature in travo! 110
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 18/03/2026Debugged for hours why my visual editor's iframe worked locally but completely broke in production. The issue? req.nextUrl.origin behind nginx returns localhost:3000 instead of your actual domain. My postMessage bridge was silently dropping every message. 100
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 17/03/2026just shipped something i've wanted for months — forward a booking email to travo and it adds the flight/hotel to your trip automatically. no more copy pasting confirmation numbers 020
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 15/03/2026Burning the free tokens from Claude Code like crazyyyy. Thanks Anthropic! 120
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 04/03/2026A founder just hit $1.7M ARR with zero employees. His rule: 80% Al, 20% taste. He doesn't execute - he curates. Polsia runs his entire company while he sleeps. The solo founder era isn't coming. It shipped. 230
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 02/03/2026Zero coordination overhead. No sprint planning, no standups, no PR review queue. One person with AI agents ships in hours what teams debate for weeks. The bottleneck was never talent — it was communication! 010
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 25/02/2026Just launched PageDuel on HN — would appreciate any thoughts: news.ycombinator.com/item?id=4715...news.ycombinator.comShow HN: PageDuel – A/B testing from $9/mo, no code required | Hacker NewsI built PageDuel after getting frustrated with A/B testing tools that either cost $200+/mo or require a developer to set up. 010
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 25/02/2026I was working on a landing page last year and wanted to A/B test one headline. Signed up for VWO. $198/mo. Tried Convert .com. $299/mo. Went back to Google Optimize. It's dead. I just wanted to test a headline. So I built my own tool. It's called PageDuel → pageduel.compageduel.comPageDuel | A/B Testing for WebsitesThe fastest way to launch A/B tests. No code. No credit card. Plans from $9/mo. 100
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 24/02/2026Everyone's asking "what's left for software engineers now that AI writes code?" Wrong question. The right one: what can you BUILD now that you're not stuck writing boilerplate all day? For me the answer is: three products, zero burnout, one person 000
Nichovski @nichovski.com · 23/02/2026Does anyone else find it frustrating when people charge for tools built on top of open-source software? Open source is for the community not for every second dev to think how to earn money from open source, in this case openclaw 🤔 000
