As a Sport Welfare Officer, I'm constantly reflecting on the work I've done, and looking at impact made and value added. Can't wait to work with Sport Structures and see how our network is changing the culture of safeguarding and welfare in sport. #ActivePartnerships #SportWelfare #YorkshireSport

It's been a busy #SafeguardingAdultsWeek for the Sport Welfare team at Yorkshire Sport. We gave the green light to discussing safeguarding and welfare practice, and we've made further plans to support clubs and orgs who engaged with us. 💚 #SportWelfare #ActivePartnerships #YorkshireSport #SAW2024

Over halfway through #SafeguardingAdultsWeek. So far I've engaged with sport clubs and activity providers in Leeds, discussing the importance of safeguarding in sport. I also observed good practice at a Netball club. And today I joined my colleague on a session for Calderdale clubs. #SportWelfare

It's #SafeguardingAdultsWeek! 🧗 We’re proud to work with National Governing Bodies to foster safe and inclusive sporting environments for all. The #SportWelfare Officer network helps sports organisations embed welfare best practices and build strong relationships.
