Actually, the movie was fine. Maybe they should have cut back to Rosalina in the middle for awhile and the ending was abrupt. But it was fun enough, the fight scenes already felt Smash Bros like haha. Maybe they will eventually.

Bought the 8bitdo USB adapter to connect controllers via Bluetooth. I can now use the Wii Remote on the Switch, allows the NES/SNES mini controllers to work. Plus, with some slight re-mapping can play Mario 64 with the Nunchuk.

Updated my RetroUSB AVS NES, felt like playing some NES games. Saw one on a video recently called Faria that seemed like it might be alright. Showing my son the old carts and now he’s playing super mario bros off the famicom cart. Infinite lives cheat for less frustration too :)

While higher res is nice, they didnt really try to preserve the textures artistic style. Probably only really in a few places that’s be felt. But a bit of a shame.

Time Trial has different modes and objectives to do. Also, completing various things in game unlocks things, sorta like an achievement list.
