Bluesky loves links! We don't downrank, and major publishers report that we're sending more link traffic than other sites. Here's the top links shared on Bluesky, updated hourly. theblue.report/week/

No it was just a collectible. We’ll announce more soon, but the idea is to have a club only for OG Farcaster people :)

Are you more active here nowadays? Have your notifs turned on on FC for the longest time and you were gone :(

Love the custom feeds! Will there be an UI to link our self-hosted DID to Bsky’s registrar? Maybe I’m not understanding this correctly, appreciate any pointers on how to set up self hosting

This is neat, how do we create custom feed that shows up on our profile?

Not *all* social media algorithms need to be powered by multi-GB machine learning models to be really useful. The simple (but very powerful) new "What's Hot" feed was implemented by @dholms.xyz in under 100 lines of code! Being easy to understand is a really great feature for social algorithms.

This is so cool! Can we change the home feed algo next?

New feed feature is too cool. Can't put it down. Will we be able to change the Home Feed to any selected Feed as well?

Announcing farquest.app 🟪 Complete quests, unlock loots & rank up REP This is built on the decentralized Farcaster protocol. We could expand to Bluesky if there is enough interest :)

First we had self-sovereign currency, now self-sovereign data the exodus from the centralized server is coming!

hello devs!! say hi to @atproto.com 👋 we’ll be using this account to share *your projects* that you’re building on top of atproto! the bluesky team also gets into some pretty interesting technical convos deep in the replies, and @atproto.com can broadcast that info further 🗣️

I think it’s about the option to leave, built into the protocol.

I think the commoditization of LLM will still favor startups looking to ship the same product with 10x less people. However, it will be difficult for startups to build LLM-only products, as incumbents have teams dedicated to shipping the same features

Based on personal accounts, all friends employed at mid-sized to large tech firms are being urged to develop AI-based products. E.g. most teams are being forced to reorg/take on AI initiatives

One thing I’m excited about with widespread of LLM is more powerful and better open-source alternatives. Fork a repo, fine-tune a model to the code base, and we can have open-sourced Snowflake/salesforce

Why @why.bsky.world · 13/04/2023

Oh thats why I like this community so much. I love learning about some old greek guys soup recipe and speculating about funny moped noises. Also love meeting random people who have gone super deep on something and don't get to share it with people that often.
