They used to have a page at lofigirl.com/pages/use-th... for their licence for independent creators to use it, but they took that down about a year ago and just have the form.lofigirl.com/CommercialLi... form, so technically as of a year ago you need permission to use their music technically.

That wouldn’t be LFG’s DMCA free songs then. Most of LoFi Girl Record’s catalog isn’t free to use unfortunately, just some of it. Should say “this claim doesn’t restrict your video at the moment” if it is a song that can be used by creators.

130

Ah the YouTube ones usually identify that it is the song but are set to not effect the video as I’ve seen. Shouldn’t need to appeal those.

120

NiamhKami @niamh.tv · 09/03/2026

Are the songs being detected accurately by Twitch muting? Because not all of LoFi Girl Records’ catalog is DMCA Free, only the stuff they used to have available for download on their site, but they recently took that down, so even those technically aren’t anymore either.

Blue among others express disappointment in Dw3 using GenAI in MetaElite for NPC photos. Shows screenshot as alternative to AI photos. Othon later comes in accuses them of hypocrisy falsely saying the screenshot was made with AI to try to discredit them.

100

Oh Othon doesn’t hate AI, he’s the guy making the thing that’s using the genAI that folks were disappointed about. - the false accusations is his response to one of the folks discussing.

That is just the in-game screenshot tool I made a similar screenshot of my own carrier bartender as well as a video of me setting up and taking said screenshot. youtu.be/8NK4i8ABDsY
