A 15min phone call (+ mention they'd lose us as a customer for life) brought that back to a 5% increase which is in line with crime rate increase. The real issues 1) How it's trained (respecting copyright/IP). 2) How it's being used (to solve problems or create them) 3) How it's being powered (renewables vs fossil fuels).
