Not even gonna try to fit the whole announcement post into text this time. Midnight Strikes Twice is tonight, playing both Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising *AND* Melty Blood: Type Lumina. See you there!

A Discord post from Sompursone (Jack) on the NHFGC Discord server. It reads as follows:

@everyone Check the time! We’re proud to present ***Midnight Strikes Twice***, a monthly fighting game tournament in Manchester, NH! And this month we're taking the "Strikes Twice" part a bit more literally, as for the first time we've got two major brackets! Tonight we’ll be playing both **Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising** and **Melty Blood: Type Lumina**.

Doors will open for casual play at 5:30 PM, with bracket for Melty Blood starting at 6:30 and bracket for Granblue starting at 7:00. Venue fee is $5 (comes with a free drink or snack!), and bracket entry is an additional $5 per game, with payout to top 3 in store credit. Additionally, since we're running two games this month, I've decided that I'll be paying the venue fee for the first 3 people per game to show up with a complete setup - this includes monitor (either with sound built in or with external speakers), a copy of the game (in the case of Granblue, with all DLC characters) installed on the system, and any cords needed for it.

Pre-registration is available at https://start.gg/NHFGC-MST, but registration at the door will also be open.

February 26th will see Midnight Strikes Twice returning to Double Midnight Comics. This time the game will be Tekken 8. Fun fact: somehow, this is the first time we’re running the game for a tournament at DMC! Strange how that slipped through the cracks. www.start.gg/NHFGC-MST

New Hampshire FGC @nhfgc.bsky.social · 10/02/2025

On February 22nd, Queen City Clash returns with perhaps the biggest NHFGC event yet. With 8 different brackets running, there’s a little something for everyone! This event will be streamed live, so even if you can't make it be sure to save the date! www.start.gg/QueenCityClash

New Hampshire FGC @nhfgc.bsky.social · 10/02/2025

Next Wednesday, DHCs @ DMC will take place running Marvel vs Capcom Infinite & Beyond! This game tied first for the poll on what game we should run a tournament for in January, so expect a heated competition! www.start.gg/dhcs-dmc

And that isn’t even all we’ve got planned! There’s stuff we haven’t announced yet that we’re holding on to (personally, I’m really looking forward to our plans for March 12th). Be sure to keep an eye here or join our Discord server for future updates! discord.gg/qKuTd75neJ 12/12

So, what’s coming up for NHFGC? Well, we’re still taking over Double Midnight Comics every Wednesday, and while it varies on whether we’ll have a tournament or not, you can be certain there will always be space for casual play. 7/12

Lastly for tournaments, on January 29th the first Midnight Strikes Twice took place at DMC. None of our TOs could agree on a game to run for our end-of-month event, so after a community vote, BlazBlue…tied for first. More later. www.start.gg/tournament/m... 5/12
