Yeah, that one stuck fast on me, Aimless Arrow and the title track are brilliant

Ashamed to admit how long it took me to really get them, but on the other hand I have an amazing back-catalogue to dig through

Thank you! Will need all the blessings facing Death Guard and that dreaded Defiler.

Thank you, just felt it was the most Krieg looking, it turned out a bit brighter in color than usual as I didn’t do any shade all over it, maybe a good call?

Tomorrow I’ll play a game of 40k for the first time in half a year, so first try at 11th. I’m happy to be fielding my newly painted Krieg-styled Rogal Dorn. #warhammer40k

Sweden’s Wormwood get away with black metal with uplifting feelgood moments. I should detest it, but on the contrary I absolutely love it. Last album The Star is still on my playlist and new one seems set to be a banger too. #blackmetal #wormwood open.spotify.com/track/1CZx28...

Air by Christian Kracht Simply phenomenal, while the story is quite harsh, it’s written in a language that is totally unburdened with heavy words that it’s mere 204 pages fly by like a breeze. #bookreview #christiankracht

Man, this book, Gateway by Fredrik Pohl… the ending hit me in the guts, despite plenty of hints on what will happen (but how is mindblowing). #bookreview #gateway

Insane artwork inside too by Jacob Bannon. #jacobbannon #converge

Thanks man, my first 5 riders were more pale grey so I just wanted some variation, it’s all just really drybrushed various brown hues.

Saw Curry Barker’s Obsession the other day. Yeah, it got over the top in the end, but I have to admit a few scenes really stick with you. Inde Navarrette was phenomenal as Nikki. ”No no no no no, don’t do that … I thought we were having a nice date!” #moviereview #obsession

Read Project Hail Mary some months ago and saw the movie today. While enjoyable, Rocky was way too cute sounding, and Stratt was way too sympathetic - unnecessary disneyfication. But still, enjoyable and the 157 minutes flew by. #projecthailmary #moviereview

The reason is I was with my kid at the library and they had all of Saga from 1 to 11. I already had first 9 at home. Libraries ftw!

I used to buy a lot of #comics, especially from #Imagecomics, a lot on the #comixology app and then I bought my favourites again as trade paperbacks, but once comixology fucked up I kind of lost it. I got really into 40k started a band again and well, at least I’ll check what happened in #Saga now.

Whew, that was The Boys. Great finale imo (but I’m sure there’s plenty of disappointed people). S5 really picked up in the end, and the only major flaw of the series was the too obvious Trump/Maga(and Musk) likeness (they really wanted EVERYONE to get it). Lots of gore, lots of fun. #theboys

This is exactly how I envision my Rogal Dorn (as soon as I can afford one). Super nice work, excellent weathering and so many great details.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on #theboys s5? Some good stuff first episodes, but expect it to get more epic/hilarious as it progresses.

000

That’s cool, hope that you get that happening.

What’s all y’all’s take on 11th ed #40k ? I’m such a casual player that I’m just happy old codexes are still valid and my wonky set off terrain will be cool again. Go Krieg, Go AdMech! #warhammer40k

Cool, need to revisit this! I’ve just seen it once, in cinema back in the days, but it’s a movie I really want to show my kids as it stuck in my head.

Hey Bluesky, a few beers in and listened to some absolute stellar performance from Patton on his tour with the Avett brothers. He sounds fucking happy which makes me fucking happy. So on my long way home I put on this absolute gem, I think it’s Patton in his absolute prime). #fnm #blueskymusic
