5 years and 3 operations since I was last able to do this. Hopefully this was the last written off summer. Hopefully no more surprises and should be able to swim again in a few more weeks. After that, I don't want to have to talk to a surgeon again for a very long time!

Just bought a new Yamaha and because I got the one with extra features I couldn't get it in Yamaha blue as grey and light grey are apparently premium colours that'll give me 'pride of ownership'. Is a lovely finish though, but what happened to visibility?

Got to go aboard the replica of the Nao Victoria yesterday. 504 years to the day that it became the first ship to circumnavigate the Earth by arriving back in Seville. Small, and very cramped. Hard to believe they'd have had a crew of around 50 living on it.
