Elden is wearing the same tie in S1E13 but the shirt doesn't match. Argh! Unless the photo you posted doesn't show the pattern on his shirt? Charlie isn't as clean-shaven but the photo could have been taken earlier. And Deborah's hair and coat match... Might be it!

Remember the terrible lawyer assigned to Frank Castle back in season 2 of the original show? The mark on his wedding ring finger was quite visible.

At first, Heather scoffs at the idea that her blind ex-boyfriend is Daredevil. Then her face looks rather neutral, she doesn't actually look angry. If she was lunging at Matt, she would have looked really pissed off and lunged at that moment. My 2 cents.

I was so busy looking at Matt and Karen that I wasn't looking at her. I don't see it as Heather "charging at Matt". She may have simply wanted to apologize for not believing him about Fisk. #DaredevilBornAgain

That hideout is so dark and full of junk. I don't have a good feel for the corner where the police scanner and where Matt and Karen sit discussing the past. Two areas on either side of the dresser with the wigs are too dark to make out. Clothesline in the left one?
