Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 13hI was aware of the staff change because I was checking the credits on anilist, but I held back when it comes to looking into it until I got to the new staff's 1st episode. Had to use google translate so there's probably a mistake here and there, but still really interesting. 110
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 13hBiggest loss with the staff change so far is that the transformation animation changed for the worse... old vs new 100
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 12/10/2026In this episode undercover(until the reveal at the end) psychic Merry Poppins messed around with and also taught the girls that with great power comes great responsibility, name dropped the show and then dipped. 100

Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 11/10/2026They're mad that the 4 episode special isn't gonna be a remake? of the entire Naruto series I guess? 000
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 11/10/2026Naruto x Ninku collab got announced and all the Western fans are seething and insulting Ninku meanwhile the Japanese side is all hyped and whatnot 100
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 11/10/2026Starting episode 1 of The Vermilion Mask and this guy's design is awesome, of course it asap makes me think of Aaroniero *cough* and the Evil Con Carne cartoon *cough* 010
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Vertex Force episode 1 was pretty solid, the needed exposition section was fairly to the point, glad they didn't drag it out. 000
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 09/10/2026I will say, your mentions from time to time of it and Negima have made me way more interested in checking them out than anything I had heard about them before from others. 010
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 07/10/2026These are from an earlier episode, but very fun side character. A competitive somewhat tsundere ojou-sama honor student. 100
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 07/10/2026I really like the voice Rei Sakuma did for this role, fits the character so well 100
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 07/10/2026For a while now I just kept it to my manga reading sessions and I thought that was enough, but no! 000
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Things were going well for a while, but I feel like I hit a bit of a wall with Japanese studies again, I'm guessing because I got complacent to a certain degree specifically because it was going well. Which means I gotta force myself to immerse more, read every Japanese post on here I come across. 100
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Thing is the sister also kinda? in a way? catches feelings for him at some point for a bit and it's explored/explained in such a funny way. You don't 100% learn what was true about those feelings and that experience. 100
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Pretty sure I haven't posted my son on here, so here's some early morning ASMR 031
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 06/10/2026As she's shown more you find out she's also a rich girl with an ojou-sama laugh, not just a competitive honor student type 020
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 06/10/2026I haven't watched it, but a friend went through it this year I think and they at least finished S1, but were pretty meh non it and don't feel like watching more haha 100
Reposted by Niki.shaunt @shaunvids.bsky.social · 05/10/2026it was smart of jacob geller to only post about what he did to his 50k followers on here instead of to his 1.5 million youtube subs or on his patreon. that way fewer people know about it and he limits the financial hit 7057431028
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 05/10/2026I'm sure this is purely a funny coincidence, but interesting that the teacher in Miracle Girls is weirdly similar to Crocker from The Fairly OddParents both in terms of design and goals, he's fairly eccentric too. 100
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 05/10/202610/10 punchline to a whole episode of her being obsessed with it and doing anything she can to get this dress 120
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Also my hotter take, even among people who like it, but Tusk is neat! Like yeah his tripping gag is silly, but given how disliked he is I expected him to be awful and gross, but he locks in and stands up for Ange. Hell, he shit talked the actual creep of the show, Embryo. 000
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 05/10/2026I mean this completely unironically, but a total banger of a show. Most issues people have with it are a feature to me, it's not "so bad it's good" either. I watched it in 2022 too, so fairly recently and after it had already built up all the infamy and I still adored it. 200
Niki. @nextniki.bsky.social · 02/10/2026lol... i guess this is happening because now they can't display two sets of subtitles at the same time 120
