7 days late, but I got through the next 30 days of my Best of the Year series! After the awful past 4-5 weeks, I'm amazed it only ended 7 days late. But that's a wrap for 1966-1995. Hopefully the wheels don't fully fall off the wagon and I'm able to finish up this series in November with 1996-2025.

This is just the latest traumatic saga of a health journey going 20+ years now. It’s been interesting to see the US healthcare system evolve in that time. Not news but it feels like it’s decaying, only propped up due to the healthcare workers who go above and beyond, the ones that still care.

Oh dang scary! I’m so relieved you’re OK. You probably know this but watch for any delayed soreness, stiffness. Adrenaline and the tensing from impact can sometimes mean injuries can take a bit to show up. Hopefully not something you have to worry about.

Day 2 of back at the hospital for my wife. It's heartbreaking watching her go through this nightmare. But I'm so proud of her for standing up for herself and getting what she needed and deserved. Hopefully tomorrow will bring answers, or if not, at least information that points us to answers.

It seems like with Spider-Noir, they weren’t able to use Peter Parker. And it sounds like the show may be under the same deal. If so, that’s going to make a show about the clones of Peter Parker pretty tricky.

010

New Warriors Talk @newwarriorstalk.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

This also could mean that as we get closer to release (if it happens), due to media synergy, we could see Ben Reilly abandon his villainous Chasm identity and return to a more Scarlet Spider type identity.

New Warriors Talk @newwarriorstalk.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Ben Reilly and Kaine Parker to get a live action streaming show based on the '90s Clone Saga? "Sources caution that, while the comics serve as source material and inspiration, there might be significant changes in the screen adaptation." If they lean into The Lost Years mini, this could be good
