Same experience in other AI use scenarios—the people pushing it aren’t listening to the experts in the field. They believe any resistance to AI is ignorance or refusal to adapt to new tech instead of LISTENING to concerns about nuance AI doesn’t understand/can’t process accurately. Infuriating!

I wasn’t sure if people just abandoned tagging posts or the algorithms are just bad but I definitely notice a smaller audience getting provided in my feed and lots of repeats of the same content/posts instead of new posts from the same people I follow. Is the tech just bad or is it intentional?

I feel the same—angry but trapped. A client asked me about going back to Desktop and I had to tell them Intuit is killing that product so it isn’t an option. I wouldn’t mind paying for a product that functions well. It’s the marketing to steal clients, sales pitches for unnecessary features, etc.

You are ignorant of the law—ignorant about how Federal and state law interact or are superseded. A state saying, “Nana, nana, boo boo, we’re keeping the money” doesn’t override the TRFP. If the Feds aren’t paid on time, they will go after the employees, bookkeepers, owners, payroll companies.

doesn’t eliminate the Federal penalties that will be assessed on those individuals for not ensuring the taxes are actually paid to the Federal government. Those penalties are severe & the Feds aren’t going to just ignore their legal right to collect the money/penalize the bookkeepers, owners, etc.
