Thinking of doing a tech sabbath, like no tech except for listening to physical music (cds/vinyls/cassettes), and prioritizing being present for a full 24 hours. It just sucks because it can’t be a weekday where I work, unless I take the day off. Might do that honestly 🤷

Day 6 of 75 Soft and I feel GREAT (minus the shoulder pain from going 0 -> 100 doing this challenge) But overall, I’m loving engaging with my body more and feeling a tad stronger everyday. Starting to look forward to workouts

12 more days of this writing challenge…I am tired tbh LOL it doesn’t help that I’ve been sick and work has been busier than ever. At work I’m probably writing 7K-10K words per day, so it can be hard to want to write for myself after that. I know I can do it though, then April will be for rest

Next week goal: Keeping my boundaries intact when it comes to work/work-related tasks. I work 9-5, not a second earlier or later. Just because I stick to my time doesn’t mean I’m not a team player, it really means I respect my time and others time as well. I am a valued team member regardless

Cut off one of my old friends and 6 months later she’s a bible-thumping, skirt-wearing phony that no longer swears or takes interest in her past obsessions. What the hell happened bro PS: No problem with people who are religious btw, just hate fake people who use it to hide and manipulate
