She not only catches them, she is obsessive about cleaning and filleting them! She does the FULL process once it comes out of the water too! She wants to make sure she does the fish justice!

That is until they started catching fish! She’s good. She’s really good… at catching fish. Fast forward 40 years and she’s still REALLY good at catching fish! She’s obsessed with it! It’s the biggest reason we’re in Norway at the moment. This is the best fishing on earth!

One of the best parts of traveling in Norway are the ferries. This is a long one across a deep fjord south of Bergen. Some are short -10 minutes to cross a place that geography makes inconvenient to build a bridge- some go around a series of waterways that would be impossible to cross
