Pablo's hat should define the dimensions of a cube which contains his body when idle. Due to the fluidity of the character, this cube will not be maintained in motion.
He can't be close to human-sized, or else he looks like a mascot costume...
He should be small. But how small?
Throwable, by any able-bodied adult, but not entirely dismissable as a threat...
Let's say Dapperton's roughly 5 foot 8. And let's say 5 foot 8 is roughly three Pablos tall.
68 inches divided by three is equal to 22.6 inches, or roughly 1 foot 10. I wanna be on the smaller side, so... 1 foot 8.
These Pokémon are about the same height as a hatted Pablo: Voltorb, Spinarak, Sableye, Bonsly, Oshawott, large Pumpkaboo, Charjabug, Eldegoss, and Lechonk.

Well, they DO emote and separate, but the magnets appear to be too small and with too little space between the poles to be effective for floating if they were legit Magnemite. Plus, the franchise is certainly no stranger to artificial Pokémon copies.
