Thoughts: Wasn't Shane Gillis the cast member who got kicked off for making racist jokes? Yet he's hosted the show multiple times. The collective outrage at this new tired 'joke' by this truly unfunny person is very interesting. But I bet he'll be invited back to host in about a year.

Finally saw #SpidermanBrandNewDay and my word are we all depressed? From the last big Marvel film to this one, they're swimming in depression stew and you know what? I don't hate it. The VMax reveal reminded me of Guardians 3 which packs an emotional punch like no other. Solid B+. I enjoyed it.

I didn't realize how dehumanizing and disorienting it would feel to see an AI image of myself until someone at my job created one of me without my knowledge or consent. My brain automatically tried to recall the circumstances of the photo but couldn't. Grotesque. I told them to never do that again.

One of our kittens died accidentally during a routine neutering surgery today. We're all devastated. The Vet included. I've been so upset and my Mom is doing her hardest but she's essentially their Mom and it's been so hard. I've been crying on and off since this morning.

Shoot thought I was posting here about my watching #Fantastic4 but really good showing, except for the plot, the writing was kind of horrid. Love the characters, love the aesthtic, loved everything except the plot/writing. I like the aged up Sue Storm, I liked that we were already 4 years deep. B+

I am actively ignoring everything wrong in my life so when even one thing breaks through it feels like all is revealed and I have to face them all at once. Induces panic attacks which are not fun. I always thought that one of the main takeaways from the Dance of Dragons saga was that in the end it was all pointless and that everyone was wrong i.e. no one was always in the right. It's so interesting to me seeing how the show is relaying the story and how viewers are interpreting it.

Jamaica had an all island blackout last night, 8-9 hours of no electricity & little communication. Many communities are still experiencing it. Not knowing what was happening, not know if this was malicious, was kind of terrifying. Voluntarily unplugging is one thing, having no control is another.
