Doing some R.E.A.M. portraits for peeps who cheered me on while I worked on the first Sapphire Queens e-book! Here's the first one, for my friend, Amanska. She has not only been a cool ass friend, but she loved Sapphire Queens since day one! (Like since the smut renamed Sapphic Quinns on AO3) #art

She was responding to a fan comment about the nicknames Frankie is called. And a lot of people went after her for this singular post. She was trying to clarify something, and people started dog piling. She is perfectly fine with trans headcanons! But CANONICALLY Frankie isn't trans.

Valerie "Espa" @neuromancaespa.newgrounds.com · 27/09/2025

Also this is another fucking thing I saw that sparked my fucking rant. ALL DANA SAID WAS "FRANKIE ISNT TRANS" AND YALL WENT FUCKING APESHIT. DO BETTER. I, a trans woman, read the original post and thought "ok, cool, Frankie isn't canonically trans". #knightsofguinevere #bluesky #bsky #discussion

Let's say, hypothetically, that the shitty NSFW policies go through. Now let's say you wanted a place to share more... "Indecent art". Now how do you suppose you'd do that? Because simply not sharing won't do anything. Well how about niche sites? Audience decline. The simple solution? Newgrounds.com

For instance: The Sapphire Queens cover! I wanted to get Kim Hu for the Sapphire Queens book covers, but since I couldn't afford her great artwork at the moment, I decided to do the cover myself, but keep her email in my contacts for the future! Def plan on working with her... Eventually...

Fuck. Ozzy Osbourne died. I wish I could write out a deep thought out memorial post, but shit man, this is such a shock to the system. And I can't say anything that hasn't been said about the legend. Fly high Ozzy. You'll live on in the music you made and inspired. Metal would be nothing without ya

Rest in peace, Val Kilmer. Wish it was just an April Fools hoax. But fuck, reality is cruel. He will always be remembered through his legendary roles, even if he's passed on. At least he's not longer suffering.

Ngl I kinda adore the fantasy styling of stuff like Genshin Impact and AFK Journey. No matter your opinions on the games themselves, you've gotta admit their fantasy stylings are so nice!
