Holy crap. Just found this ultimate tech-cringe photo: Me, circa 1999, in my first Network Engineering job. 19 or 20 years old, wearing an actual Napster hat. I used to live and breathe Nortel CVX 1800s. Without Googling, anyone know what those were and what they did?

Just pulled out my guitar amp from circa ~'96, and it had this bumper sticker on the side. Anyone in LA remember Y-107 FM??? Pioneered the Jack-FM model of rock with no DJs. Used to be based out of Pasadena. (Amp is a Fender Princeton 112 Plus)

Just over a week ago, my dog helped Pasadena Engine 39 respond to a small (and quickly extinguished) brush fire. Just an hour later, the Eaton Fire would break out, and the entire Pasadena FD would respond. 7.5 days later, we're still fighting it and starting recovery.

Developing my new Python script to investigate URL blocks at my company - API calls to FMC, Umbrella Investigate, Umbrella Policies, and an unnamed SIEM. Apparently, no one at my entire company has been shopping for a Toyota in the last three days.
