when will these ppl realize no amount of "well actually"ing about the amount of ai involved will make this okay with us. the modding community in xiv is made of mod makers and mod users, of which paid modders are a tiny tiny tiny, extremely loud minority. they do not get to determine the landscape.

i like how its all paid modders (blxss, lye, solona) using and defending genai in workflow bc it's "easier". it is because they see modding as a method of making money off the community that they're willing to overlook the environmental, social, ethical issues they KNOW are true about genai.
