Richard the Lionheart in history was a hero, but he was also an anti-hero. So he never truly felt like he lived up to the ideals of King Arthur and the Round Table. Yet he kept moving forward, so he could keep cherishing all that he believed in. All the lines he said in this scene hit me.

Reading some of Carl Jung's works on the self has really deepened my appreciation for the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism in the Yogacara. My mind has been healed and my spirit renewed for a while now, but my heart still remains chained. There is still much work to be done.
