Kaiju 2026 - Prompt 14: Skewer + Reef Wanted to do something that wasn't a coral here, so decided to make model it after a mussel reef instead. Fun fact: the Needle Bats were originally designed for Prompt 7 before changed to the kitsune idea.

Not every day I get to reference conodonts in a kaiju design... though this is the second I've made that references barreleye fish. Huh. Also damn this is the third drawing I've completed gave up on having a human for scale in the scene diagetically lol #Kaiju

Ares' [ R U D E H O R N ] Yes I had another totally seperate idea to do with Ares' horn No I don't know why I like fucking with her horn lmao #aresbrush

#Kaiju 2026 - Prompt 12: Pretender + Asphalt So yeah this took me like two weeks to finish for no reason? Anyways I'm pretty proud of this concept for a kaiju even if it took so long. Had no idea how to get the scale correct without having a dedicated scaling portion tho

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

#Kaiju 2026 - Prompt 11: Relic + Leaking I did my best to NOT make this just some sort of underwater ruin of some sort, so I decided to go deeper than the bottom of the sea lol.

A quadrapedal mech overlooking a green-gold suit of armour half-submerged in a pool a lava. The armour has red lines on it, representing a turtle, along with a turtleshell on the back. The armour has magma pouring into the collar, and leaking out one of the sides.

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

#Kaiju 2026 - Prompt 10: Twisted + Trunk Interestingly, this was originally going to be a MUCH more conceptual design, taking inspiration from hypercubes and barbed wire…Yeah I had a hard time trying to make that design make ANY sense visually lol

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

Just a silly lil drawing I did for Avispa's birthday. Gave her a grubby bunt cake because why not lol Might not look it but it took me awhile to figure out how to render her bottom set of arms. #avispaart

A comically undersized, cutesy version of a wasp girl with purple hair and orange bangs holding a cake that resembles a grub with oversized hands. Art has thick outlines with a secondary white outline around it. Has text that reads: "Happy Birth LAvispa"

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

I've been meaning to draw this since V-Gala lol. Took Ares' post-death colour scheme and added it to her base outfit, with some slight edits. Hopefully it's not too messy! #aresbrush #vtuber

Kaiju2026 - Prompt 9: Zombie + Half-and-Half They were originally going to be the multi-tool day but felt they fit with this prompt instead. Took a lot of inspiration from Hellstar Remina for how to texture the top of the Flesh Spire's head here

053

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Kaiju 2026 - Prompt 8: Multi-tool + Baobab TS took FOREVER to do. Hope the limbs coming out of a central point gets the 'baobab' design across. Also think this is the first drawing I've done to show the titans interacting? If you read the lore you'll know its more common than I usually draw it lol.

#AresBrush Dumb lil doodle I did of the vtuber Ares Nanos No I don't know why I drew this lol

And the #kaiju with the most amount of animal inspirations goes to… This thing IG Another really experimental one. Took a long time on the concept side and the art side. Not sure if I'll ever do something like this again but I really like the concept I came up with here. #kaijune

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 20/06/2026

Had this idea ever since I saw one of Mishi's streams where she was upside down. I like to imagine she's just floating on a mucus bubble raft like a real violet snail. #mishysnoodle

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 18/06/2026

One or my most experimental ones since I started to do backgrounds. The result is meh but I think it gets the concept across. Would've posted this like two days ago but I got real bad food poisoning and was toilet-bound oops

1105

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 14/06/2026

Kaiju2026 - Prompt 5: Rotorblade + Long Legs Despite how simple of a design this is, I actually really like how this came out. This also marks a 5/5 for the drawings this year having a part of their body obscured by the background so I guess I'm obligated to keep it up if I can lol

073

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 09/06/2026

Kaiju2026 - Prompt 4: Leaper + Big Stompers Only 4 prompts in and this one had an entirely different concept before I settled on this one, all I knew is that I wanted to make a creature that can jump, but doesn't use its legs to do so.

0105

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 09/06/2026

Kaiju2026 - Prompt 3: Double-Decker + Hunchback Originally only the 'horse' part of the mech was going to be hunchbacked, but I gave the 'human' half a hunchback too. Also DAMN posing a quadruped with a human on their back is hard as hell. (Lore can be found on my other socials)

085

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 09/06/2026

Kaiju2026 - Prompt 2: Battering Ram + Galvanized Ok I'll admit, the galvanized portion of this reads kinda poorly, but I spent way too much time doodling different heads just to make mid lol

085

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 09/06/2026

Ok so I've been ignoring my socials for a bit because I wanted to avoid TDAC: The Last Act spoilers before I went and saw it so expect like 3 kaijune drawings pretty soon lol

030

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 27/05/2026

Alright! Here's the list for this year. How this list works: You get your prompt from the left side, and choose any prompt from the right. I intended it so that you can only use one of the additional prompts once, but I'm not your boss. #Kaijune

Normally I wouldn't post this but I NEED to post something. I gave up on this drawing, but I like this concept. Might return to this concept another day. Sorry that I haven't been posting a lot.I fucked up my hip muscles or smth because it hurts to sit

082

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 27/04/2026

Alright! my not-Kaijune has started! I already have the prompt list down, I just need to clean it up and I'll post it about mid-May. This is also the only drawing I've done in recent memory where I coloured the background first. Actually had a hard time coming up with Conolch's colour scheme.

The 2 Ways to Draw Kaoru Not really, but I thought this would be fun to draw. I've actually never seen anyone draw Kaoru like I did on the left lol

Made this as an update as well as a creature. I won't be participating in Kaijune this year. My schedule just doesn't line up to do it anymore, so what I'm going to do instead is spread it out over a year. I'll release a prompt list this year too though, and will follow it.

Second entriy for the #Touhou Collab being hosted by 9outa. Find it kind of interesting that Urumi doesn't have spider legs despite being an ushi oni. Anyways, went a bit experimental with the outlining here. Tried to make it look like Sanzu river water was dripping off of her. #東方Project

Yet more units made for an ongoing collab for a touhou gacha satire. Actually specifically proud of how the Seiran ended up (Characters in order: Fairy in TH11 who gives no points when hit, Seiran, Mayumi) TW: Blood (for Seiran)

Made for an ongoing collab for a #touhou gacha satire. IDK if any of these are going to be used, but I had fun drawing the lot of them. If you're unsure who they are, in order: Mayumi, Wriggle, Marisa's Tsuchinoko, and Mimi-chan (but human) #TouhouProject

Done for the NewGrounds #Touhou Collab hosted by 9outa. Redesigned her to look more biological, taking inspiration from Scorn and Beksinski's art. Wanted a rib/finger look for her armour Hopefully I didn't push too far and she still looks like #Mayumi!

NeoBio @neobiohazard.bsky.social · 30/01/2026

Working on some more of the body of this design. I'm taking a lot of inspiration from ribcages and muscle groups, while not going too too far. I might add some details since the body feels a little plain compared to the head alone. #Ultraman #Biopunk

Based off of a drawing done by Kaguya Fae of an antgirl (named Zippy) she drew to make herself less grossed out by ants. The OG had basically no clothes so I created the new outfit and concept from scratch to make her more than just 'sexy ant girl'. (She's a raspberry crazy ant btw)

Made for the Bones Collab over on Newgrounds. Based it on a Minke Whale since the Bakekujira is the ghost of a whaled ghost, and Minke Whales are the most commonly whaled whale by Japanese whalers afaik. #Yokai #Whale #Bakekujira

The skeleton of a Minke Whale surrounded by a mottled green haze. The bones are shaded in a similar mottled pattern. The skeleton is curving to the left.

Wanted to doodle a concept I have for a character that I know I'll never be able to use lol. They're a robot based off of a wasp, and their teammates would all be based off of different arthropods.
