Thank you. The blue is Lifecolour Non Spectacular Intermediate Blue (#2101). Hell of a name. I wasn't convinced by it at first but I think it's done a grand job.

Aye, it just looks like what a jet fighter should. It's my standard base. Perhaps it's time to do another one. 😁

Thank you. It's taken a while. 😁

Calling this one done. Special Hobby Mirage F.1C, EC 3/12 Cornouialle, Summer 1979. First Special Hobby kit, bit of a steep learning curve but learnt a lot. Looking forward to my next one. Very impressed with the decals. Next one will be better. #BastilleBuild #HistScaleModels #FinishedKits

Just in time for my birthday – TERMINUS has been awarded 5 stars by @gonzohistory.bsky.social in the @forteantimes.bsky.social ! 🥳 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 To celebrate this happy confluence of events, I'm offering 15% off both Darkened Hill & Dale and TERMINUS on my web shop this weekend. ☺️ shop.patchworkfez.games

A close-up of the final paragraph of the review of TERMINUS in the Fortean Times. It reads: 'In its evocation of a specific kind of contemporary British urban strangeness, Terminus creates a unique and memorable setting for a story of a liminal space brushing against cosmic horror. ★★★★★'

The full text of the review of TERMINUS in the Fortean Times magazine, held by me. It's unfortunately too long to fit in this alt text.

Six more days to snag a flat pack model (or a template, or stickers) from my shop while they’re on sale

The musical indent at the end of each episode still makes my blood run cold.

The real star on the V Force. 😉

It really was top notch. Definitely take in the restoration area. It's an extra £3.50 but worth every penny. Book as soon as you get there.

Quote this with a picture of the aircraft you'll accept as a bribe...

Took in the optional visit to the plane restoration area. They're currently working on a Harrier, a Jaguar, a Lightening and a Meteor with a Phantom waiting for its slot. Took plenty of photos but by request not posting them. Excellent work they're doing.

Today's outing was to Bentwaters Cold War Museum. And very good it was. The museum is based in the Wartime Control Building and full of excellent exhibitions covering the history of the base and the units that operated from it

Thanks so much for that much appreciated.

Hope I remember to take your approach when I do my Hasegawa F-104. I'm planning to do a RCAF one.

First time I've been. Well worth the effort.

Away in East Anglia for an extended weekend. Today's outing was to the City of Norwich Aviation Museum. Very nice displays indoors and a grand mix outside. Wonderful volunteers, especially the chap who took me round the Nimrod. The collection includes complete planes, engines, and cockpits.

The Department of Works was disbanded? I didn't receive the memo. My "not as impressive as yours" box turned up yesterday. Looking forward to a relisten of Crowley on CD.

I use mainly Vallejo acrylics and some Ammo Real Colors. I've got a bundle of Hataka acrylics to try out. I really like the Ammo Real Color for airbrushing but they are becoming difficult to get now. Hope that the Hataka will be my replacement.

Very nice build. I've built this kit twice, once in the early 1980s and again in 2023. This is my 2023 build.

A scale model kit of a MiG-19S in a Czechoslovakian scheme. The model is silver with red wingtips and sits on a base made to look like a section of runway.
