Been thinking about rebranding for a while, and now that we're in 2024, I think it's time. Hope that with this new year and new name, I'll be able to become a better person, artist and player So yeah, I'm Nelliæl (or Nelliel), let's see how this goes

Being inches away of giving up and selling my Splatoon 3 copy, but being too stubborn to give up is the worst feeling I've experienced in my fucking life.

000

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 28/12/2023

That feeling when you watch a Splatoon streamer for so long you subconsciously try to imitate the way they play. Funny to notice.

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 23/12/2023

Bluesky is a butterfly now ???

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 10/12/2023

The most frustrating thing about me is how much I procrastinate, like it's crazy I can't bring myself to work on important things, like the group project I gotta work on, but I'd dedicate my whole life to funny squid game I have a weird sense of priorities and that pisses me off...

Looking at Twitter hurts right now. Having symptoms of autism myself, the ableism I've witnessed on Twitter the past few days makes me wanna puke Of course, a lot of people are empathetic, which I appreciate, but that vocal minority of dickheads is so loud that you just can't ignore them

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 01/12/2023

I've been playing vDualies and Stamper for so long that I forgot what it felt like to just run in, not think, fight and die, and it's almost like rediscovering that playstyle with the Enperries. I missed being hyper aggressive in Splatoon, man...

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 24/11/2023

I officially have the weakest mental known to man But also it's 1AM, I probably shouldn't be playing Sploon at this hour

This is the least fun I've had in a Splatfest EVER. And I can't explain why. Maybe the hype died down, or it's too repetitive because it's just Turf War. Or maybe because I'm worse at the game. That's a possibility.

Genuine question for Competitive Splatoon players Do you think the plus server is a must if you want to progress in comp, or is it not necessary and you can progress just as well without it ?

000

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 08/11/2023

Started replaying Fire Emblem Three Houses because I never finished my first playthrough (Golden Deer) and it felt so nostalgic Plus I finally played the DLC, nice challenge, though the last battle was underwhelming in terms of difficulty (might replay in Hard mode)

I've been trying to work on my mental, but nothing's really conclusive rn, I'd even say it's getting worse I'd take a break, but if I stop playing everytime I'm tilting, I'm NEVER PLAYING lmao

000

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 22/10/2023

Is it weird and really mean to get annoyed at someone who repeatedly ask you for requests/art trades when you already told them everytime that you don't do that ? Like, am I getting pissed at nothing ? Am I just being a bitch about it...?

I feel like I'm playing worse and worse with time, and I'm just playing solo queue Stuff like that really makes me insecure about being able to play Splatoon competitively, but maybe it's just part of the learning process. Still an awful feeling

Nelliæl 🌸 @nelliael.bsky.social · 20/10/2023

#splatooncomp Lately, I see ppl saying they prefer the 2× Crab meta to the current Zooka one. I can only see it from a spectator's pov, and though it's getting boring it doesn't look as bad imo I'd like to know players' opinion about the current meta, cuz "Double Crab better" is still wild to me

I'm surprised there's not a feed for comp Splatoon yet. I'd create it myself, but I'm not comp (yet) so that wouldn't make sense (?) Would also be cool if feeds could be managed by multiple people (with owner approval)

If I and a teammate are butting heads so frequently that I literally don't enjoy playing with them, then I don't want to be on a team with them. I don't understand how people don't consider compatibility a factor in team play. The fact that I'm being told I'm rude for making that choice is annoying.

artists! you can make your own media tab, here's how! -log in to skyfeed.app -click "feed builder" -copy the settings below, make an art tag/keyword -add an icon and a name/description, copy that link. now you can add that link in your bio, and clicking it will show ONLY your tagged art!

instructions for making your own art feed using skyfeed. If you select yourself, add a regex keyword, remove all replies and reposts, then 'generate' it, that link is now your art feed!
