Reading a light novel series call the Mimosa Confessions about a trans girl coming out in high school and it's swinging wildly between being goddamn adorable and hitting way too hard/being way too real. It's narrated through the eyes of said girl's childhood best friend and I'd highly recommend it!

I should be fired. My boss let me taken an impromptu three week annual leave break to recuperate and even after that I'm still missing work days. I can hardly bring myself to get out of bed let alone do my bloody job. Hate this. Hate myself.

Clearly that must be the original phrase. Makes more sense. I look outside and someone is walking a dog down the street. I turn on the TV and see a movie about a dog. Videos about dogs are recommended to me on YouTube. I see my dog sleeping on the couch. It is indeed a doggy dog world.

I think they both say that people wanting to transition and be referred to by the pronouns they wish are both things that should be respected. At the very least.

...trans people like myself to want to transition. I don't know. Random thoughts on my part. I think focusing on the positive, euphoria aspects of transition is good for including trans people without dysphoria, but I do think dysphoria is still an important aspect to be discussed.

When I went for HRT, the idea of dysphoria as a cause for my transition wasn't brought up. As you said, probably to account for trans people without dysphoria. I think we could talk about dysphoria as a reason for why trans people need to transition while also mentioning that euphoria resulting...
