iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

It was worth going to watch!

Made it back for some #NekoDesu after watching Gundam Hathaway.

I tend to be someone who can't get started and spends so much time thinking, planning, researching. And I've always coded for uni assignments and work but not for fun.

I finally had the energy and motivation to start coding up my book rants page.

It's been a while since I've read the previous volumes of Bibliophile Princess but I think I finished an arc last time where Elianna found out that her feelings were requited, and this time she sets off as a representative of the royal family.

KLARA AND THE SUN – Official Trailer (4K)

Finished Klara and the Sun in anticipation for the movie, it was also my first Ishiguro read so I wasn't sure what to expect but it was a thought-provoking book about a humanoid robot Klara. The people in the book felt all very human too.

Dentist clinic phoned me to say that they have cancellations and I could have the appointment earlier, but there was a reason why I scheduled it for that time: because I have work ww

Look what European Sleeper's website can do now! 🥳👇 Mind you, they're being even more cautious with the Eurostar connection than I'd be...

Started reading Klara and the Sun in anticipation for the movie adaptation, interestingly I haven't read any of Ishiguro's work before this.

Spent the longest time wonder what ドクターピッグ is then found out it's Doctor Pig. Rascal Does Not Dream of Doctor Pig.

£30 for the cheapest ticket for Distant Worlds at the Royal Albert Hall - this is why I say that the RAH is cheaper than other venues like The Apollo and O2.

I'd say depends on their budget and how much they're willing to give people a chance, your stuff is on YouTube so have proof of your skills

I'll probably write in on Google Docs rather than AO3 because I'm too shy to make it totally public to everyone u_u

I think it sounds promising that they asked you about a skill on something you can do

I...might need to do some creative writing and I'm nervous because I haven't written anything in decades.

Ultimately it was about the protagonist trying to connect to her culture but showing the importance of looking inwards to your own family history (points to my own family and the Vietnam War).

Finished Taipei Story today. It was pretty difficult to get into so I can see why people dropped it, but for me it picks up during the protagonist's darkest times - maybe it was the emotions behind it.

Finished The Women a week ago, it's historical fiction about a nurse in the Vietnam War. Part One was stuff I'd read before from medical military fiction (I was reading Miss Medic's Diary at War) but towards the end of Part One and Part Two is where it really picks up.

I'm surprised that most places aren't like the UK where you only have daylight between 10am-4pm during winter haha

Haha a daily standup comedy show would be amazing

Quick meeting to report what you're doing and how you're getting on, was called standup because you'd do it standing up

The person who normally runs the daily standups has been off for 3 days now, and today I decided to try a self-deprecating joke that haha unfortunately everyone has me to lead again. And they were like it's not unfortunate 🥹

I would say that if you're short on money, hold off with the makeup and if they comment on it then you can say that you're keen to learn about it

猫猫茶 @nekotea.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Typically companies like it if candidates send in their applications as soon as possible to signal that they're keen, but I don't really know the customs of JP companies and how much they would judge.
