But there are ways of feeling a bit better. Play your favourite music more, go to bed a bit early, try to spend less time in front of a screen (easier said than done). I do mindfulness meditation which takes my mind away from the past & future. The present is easier to endure than the past & future.

Me too. I'm 75 and my body keeps reminding me that I'm not 18 any more. Add to that the insanity of the USA right now, a stupid, totally unnecessary war in Iran which is destabilising the world, global warming that mainstream pollies seem to be encouraging because $$$, it's enough to get you down.

When people were allowed to climb it, the life-giving waterholes around the base of Uluru were polluted with human waste because people got caught short at the top and relieved themselves up there. Climbing Uluru was not harmless. And it was disrespectful too.
