First draft finished. Now it’s time to go back to the beginning and fill in the gaps, plot holes, missing links, and details that make for a fully fledged manuscript. I’ll be honest, this story hasn’t come out of my brain easily but at least it’s finally out.

I managed to do some writing today. Despite the ‘help’ from my mini-editor, cuddle-demander and Chief Motivation Officer I managed just over 3k words. I also managed to sort out a major plot dead end so it’s safe to say I’m well chuffed.

Finally finished the odds and sods blanket. Lots of my late Nannie’s and my mums ends of yarn used up. I think I now need to start collecting other people’s odds and ends as I love this end result. #crochet

A nice early dog walk and litter pick. Good to see all this collected and recycled as much as possible but also sad that it was all thrown out of people’s cars. #keepbritaintidy
