I’m very grateful that I was able to get physio on my dislocated finger but I wish they’d actually told me to spend time focusing on straightening it to stretch the tendons as much as they did on bending it. It’s still healing but now I’m fighting with tight tendons. At least physio is free!

I’m livid on your behalf! I recently switched my doctor and clinic because my last doctor was either never there or entirely dismissive of my concerns, and the front desk staff were beyond rude. So far the new one is decent, I hope it lasts.

My local library lets me request 5 “not in circulation” books per month. I’ve done it every month this year. So many of them have been approved and I’m even on a waitlist for a few I requested. Libraries are fabulous!

Switched the swing side on the upright freezer all by myself! Involved laying it down, making the switch and standing it back up. Once again proving that while men can be great addition to your life (if that’s your jam of course), they are not necessary. Brute force and menopausal rage FTW!

My neighbourhood had a bubble tea shop that only had 2 parking spots so customers would literally block traffic into the neighbourhood with zero concern for anyone else. We reported them to the city so many times & they got so many complaints & fines that they were forced to move.

I wish I had started mine when I was still in perimenopause but at the time my doctor refused to even consider recommending it. I was in full menopause for way too many years before I figured out if I waited till he was away, his temporary replacement might give me a referral. And he did!
